Troubleshooting
Start with the symptom and check the corresponding part of the integration.
| Symptom | Check |
|---|---|
| The table has no height or is not visible | Give the grid a height; follow first setup |
| A field is absent from the field picker | Supply a complete dimension catalog and check hidden/role settings |
| An amount looks wrong | Check raw input types, aggregation meaning and the intended calculation |
| An average total differs from the mean of visible averages | Totals use their own contributing records; see totals |
| A percentage changes unexpectedly | Check source filters and denominator scope |
| Updating a configuration loses another option | updatePivotConfig(next) replaces the configuration; see lifecycle |
| The backend shows only some groups | Inspect pagination and response counts |
| A server report fails | Inspect loading and retry and the declared adapter capabilities |
| A saved report cannot restore | Reattach its current runtime bindings and check storage errors |
| Export omits remote groups | Use complete server export, rather than exporting the loaded window |
| A chart differs from the table | Check chart data scope and linking |
Reduce the reproduction
Section titled “Reduce the reproduction”Keep a few source records, one row field, one measure and the exact configuration. Compare a known total with Your first Pivot, then add the failing option. For remote failures, include the request, response and declared capabilities without credentials or private data.
Next steps
Section titled “Next steps”Configuration reference, compatibility and migration, and execution limits.
